Absolutely first class service, unfortunately the first one came with a broken tail, that was down to the carrier .but Honister sent me a new one straight away which came today intact, I love it and as it’s for a present, I’m sure my daughter in law will love it too, many thanks for all the help

Exactly as described, courier delivered pallet to the top of our driveway ready to unload it in the area we needed.

The slate is perfect for my pond edging. Managed to trim and cut it easily with an angle grinder. Beautiful quality and perfectly matches my rockery stones. Also from Honistor.

They sent a cylindrical version instead of the cubic door stop ordered. I did keep it, however, as I like it very much. The manager was most apologetic and promptly refunded the £5 price difference. The Honister slate is a beautiful, dark blue/green colour and their gifts are made to a higher standard that some other slateware I have seen. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased 3 slate birds from you.
A Wren, a Blue Tit and a Robin.
My order was dispatched and delivered very quickly, the items were well wrapped and padded in the box, very impressive.
They are now sited in my garden and look as though they were meant to be there.

A beautifully crafted little wren, given as a gift. The recipient was delighted with it. I’m quite sure I will be buying more……maybe for myself too!
